Night Auditor
Being a night auditor at Esterel Resort mainly consists of:
- Take, confirm, modify or cancel a reservation
- Offer complementary products to customers
- Greet guests upon arrival and verify reservation information
- Complete various transactions and data entries in Hotello or other software inherent to the audition job
- Assign rooms, hand out keys, and provide information about the establishment
- Balance the accounting day (classify and verify invoices, take deposits, verify transactions for the day, etc.)
- Perform security rounds and retrieve keys and other items
- Promote the establishment's services, tourist attractions, and the various activities in the area and make reservations as required
- Receive and distribute mail and messages to guests
- Respond to guest requests (wake-up calls, room changes, etc.)
- Perform any other task that may be necessary for the smooth running of operations
This job is for you if...
- You have a professionnal or high school diploma or equivalent
- You have six month to a year of pertinent experience
- You are bilingual

You are proficient in the Windows environment
and the Office suite -
You are familiar with Hotello
hotel management software (an asset) - You can perform financial transactions
- You offer excellent customer service
- You have a good tolerance for stress
- You are a fast worker

Requirements:
- Degree: DES (completed)
- Years of experience: 0 to 2 years
- Written language: French (intermediate) and English (beginner)
- Spoken language: French (advanced) and English (intermediate)
Salary Information

Salary: $16,17 per hour
(+ night premium of $1 per hour) - Number of hours per week: 16 to 40 hours
