YOUR INVOICE
On the morning of your departure, the invoice for the items of your stay for which you are personally responsible will be emailed to you. We invite you to check its accuracy and to ensure that your payment instructions have been observed.
YOUR KEYS
You can leave your keys in your suite or drop them in one of the boxes provided at reception before you leave, without having to wait for an agent at the front desk. We remind you that they will be deprogrammed automatically at 11 a.m.
PRE-AUTHORIZATION
On the morning of your departure, the security deposit will be refunded to you after the suite inspection or applied to the outstanding balance. Please note that if any penalties apply (damages, disturbances, etc.), they will be deducted from the security deposit first. It may take up to 5 to 7 business days for the released funds to become available on your credit card. Unfortunately, we do not control how your credit card issuing bank displays pending transactions. If the pre-authorization on your bank statement does not match your bill, please wait 5 to 7 business days before contacting us.
DEBIT/CASH SECURITY DEPOSIT
If you have paid the security deposit in cash or by debit, you must come to reception to collect it. Please allow sufficient time for our team to inspect your suite.

Late checkout can be requested at the front desk the day before your departure if you are staying in one of our standard suites, for an additional fee of $25 per hour.
