Reservations and Payments

• Online : Directly on our website’s homepage using our booking engine to check availability.

• By phone : Call 450-228-2571 to book with assistance from an agent.

Important : Accommodation reservations do not guarantee availability for Amerispa treatments or restaurant seating. Additional reservations are required.

A lodging reservation is mandatory to access all our facilities, activities, and services.

Payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or direct payment. The card used must be presented upon arrival, along with a valid photo ID, and must be used with a Personal Identification Number (PIN).

A credit card is required at the time of booking, as a $250 deposit will be charged to guarantee your stay.

If you wish to pay the remaining balance in cash, the full amount must be settled upon arrival, along with a $350 security deposit. The deposit will be refunded at check-out after the suite inspection, provided it is in good condition and no additional charges have been incurred. Guests must visit the reception to collect the refund.

The lodging tax of 3.5%, the accommodation fee of $29 per night, as well as GST and QST, are not included in the introductory rate displayed. The introductory rate shown on our website is based on double occupancy in a standard suite and reflects the best available rate for a given period. Upgrade fees for higher-category suites and validity supplements may apply depending on availability.

A fee of $29 per night, plus taxes, applies to all stays. This fee grants access to all resort facilities and services, including:

• High-speed internet;
• Lido Thermal Nordic spa;
• Relaxation lounge;
• Bathrobes and towels;
• Fitness center;
• Beach access.

At the time of booking : a $250 payment is required to guarantee the reservation. This amount is non-refundable but will be applied to the final bill.

Upon arrival : a $350 security deposit (including taxes) will be pre-authorized on the credit card provided. This deposit is required before receiving the suite keys and must be processed using a Personal Identification Number (PIN).

At check-out : the $350 security deposit will be released after the suite inspection or applied to any remaining balance. If penalties apply (damage, disturbances, etc.), they will be deducted from the deposit.The released funds may take 5 to 7 business days to become available again on your credit card, depending on your bank. If a pre-authorization appears on your statement and differs from your final bill, please wait 5 to 7 business days before contacting us.

If your reservation rate is eligible, you may cancel without penalty up to 48 hours before your arrival, excluding the arrival day. If a penalty applies, the cost of the first night, including taxes, will be charged as a cancellation fee. For reservations secured by prepayment, the amount will be refunded within a maximum of 15 days following the cancellation.

If you wish to cover the cost of another person’s stay, you can prepay for a specific package or purchase a digital gift card of a monetary value on our website. The purchase must be made at least 7 days before the guest’s arrival to be accepted as a payment method. If the timeframe is less than 7 days, we recommend transferring the funds directly to the guest so they can settle the payment themselves. The reservation must be made in the guest’s name, as a photo ID matching the reservation name will be required to receive the suite keys.

You can book different suite types, such as those with a private spa, panoramic view, or lake view. However, only the suite type is guaranteed, not a specific suite number. Upgrades to a higher-category suite may be available for an additional fee, depending on availability.

Access to all our restaurants is exclusively reserved for guests staying at the resort.

Before your arrival, we strongly recommend making a reservation if you plan to dine at one of our three restaurants. A reservation is mandatory if your package includes dinner.

 

Seating is limited, and our restaurants may be fully booked on the day of your stay. Breakfast and lunch do not require a reservation.

 

You can book online through our website or call our reservation center at 450-228-2571 for assistance.

To enjoy a massage or any other treatment during your stay, advance booking is required to ensure availability.

Only certified service animals are allowed at the resort. Service animals must be declared upon arrival, and a valid certification must be presented at the reception. If no valid certificate is provided, access to the resort may be denied.

 

Service animals are not permitted in restaurants, spa areas, or around outdoor pools.

 

An additional fee of $150 or more may apply in the following cases :

Failure to declare a service animal upon arrival.

Significant damage caused by the animal.

Leaving the animal unattended in the suite.

Package Usage Policies

For stays valid from Sunday to Thursday, a $99 supplement per night (before taxes) applies for Fridays and Saturdays, as well as Sundays on holiday weekends.

 

After the package’s expiration date, the offer and its inclusions will no longer be valid for a reservation. However, the amount paid (nominal value) will be converted into a gift card, which can be used for eligible products and services at Estérel Resort.

 

Promotions cannot be combined with other offers. Only one discount may be applied at a time.

 

Packages are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and not valid for group reservations.

Once a package has expired, the offer and its inclusions are no longer valid for a reservation. However, the amount paid (nominal value) will be converted into a gift card, which can be used for eligible products and services at Estérel Resort.

Gift Card Purchase

Cash value gift cards are available in physical or digital formats. They are valid at all times, have no expiration date, and can be used during a stay at the resort, as only guests with accommodations have access to our facilities and restaurants.

A physical gift card will be mailed to you. It is valid for all Estérel Resort products and services during a stay but cannot be used as a security deposit for a reservation.

A digital gift card is sent instantly by email in a printable format. It is valid for all Estérel Resort products and services during a stay but cannot be used as a security deposit for a reservation. A 72-hour delay after the purchase is required before it becomes a valid payment method at the resort.

Gift cards are available for purchase online only. Purchases over $250 cannot be processed by our agents remotely.

 

A gift card cannot be used immediately as a payment method at the resort. A waiting period of 72 hours after the purchase is required before it becomes valid for on-site use.

Our gift cards are transferable and can be used by a third party. However, you are responsible for providing the necessary gift card information to the recipient. In case of reissuance, we will only communicate with the original purchaser of the card.

Our suites

Ideal for romantic getaways, its suites are designed for double occupancy. They feature a canopy bed and a removable panel in the bathroom, allowing for an open-concept space. Visit our emotion suites.

All our suites have recently been renovated and redesigned. For optimal comfort, we recommend adhering to the maximum occupancy limit for each suite type.

Its location takes full advantage of the surrounding nature, overlooking Lake Dupuis. Bright and inspired by their natural setting, these suites provide the perfect environment for a relaxing stay. Visit our Émotion suites.

All our suites have recently been renovated and redesigned. For optimal comfort, we recommend adhering to the maximum occupancy limit for each suite type.

Each suite includes a sofa section with a built-in daybed that can serve as an additional bed. In Évolution suites, the daybed is double size, while in emotion suites, it is single size.

The necessary bedding is stored in the closet near the suite entrance. For optimal comfort, we recommend adhering to the maximum occupancy limit for each suite type.

All our suites are equipped with a kitchenette, which includes:

Nespresso coffee machine with two Original capsules (additional capsules available at reception for $1.00 plus tax per unit)

All our suites are equipped with a gas fireplace, most of which are centrally located, offering a warm ambiance visible from different areas of the suite. A simple timer allows for instant ignition. The fireplace control is usually located near the entrance door or kitchenette.

If your suite is equipped with a private spa, please note that our maintenance team services the water daily. Rest assured, our technicians follow a protocol designed to respect your privacy.

Accessibility for Guests with Reduced Mobility

If you require special accommodations due to mobility restrictions, we strongly recommend booking your stay by phone with one of our reservation agents. Alternatively, you may fill out our assistance request form, and we will contact you as soon as possible. Our team will be happy to guide you in selecting the suite best suited to your needs to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Some of our suites are wheelchair accessible and include adapted bathrooms with support bars. You can request an accessible suite when making your reservation. However, please note that wheelchair access to suite balconies is not available.

Upon arrival, valet parking is offered free of charge and is available throughout your stay.

The wheelchair-accessible path within the resort is longer and includes detours through staff areas and the service elevator. Assistance from our staff is required in these areas. To request assistance, dial 7788.

Our valet team will also be happy to guide you through the resort, showing you available access ramps.

During your stay, you can contact us at any time by dialing 0 from your suite phone. Our reception team is available 24/7, and you can also reach us via text message at 1-579-996-8445.

Important: Our staff cannot legally provide therapeutic, hygiene, or medical care to guests.

Access to the Lido Thermal area is wheelchair accessible from the Évolution side of the resort. However, the baths themselves are not adapted for guests with reduced mobility, as they require the use of stairs for entry.

The ROK and Le Voilier restaurants are accessible via a designated path from the emotion side of the resort. Our staff will be happy to assist you in accessing the restaurants comfortably.

If you need more information about accessibility for persons with reduced mobility, you can fill out our assistance request form, and a team member will contact you as soon as possible.

Arrival

Suites are guaranteed from 4:00 PM. An early check-in option is available for standard suites, subject to availability and an additional fee. Please check with our reception team.

 

If you arrive earlier and your suite is ready, we will be happy to provide your keys immediately. Otherwise, we invite you to check in and enjoy the facilities and activities while you wait. Once your suite is ready, you will receive a text message to pick up your keys at the reception.

Check-in is done at one of our two reception areas, depending on your suite type: emotion or Évolution. A valid photo ID and a credit card will be required.

 

A pre-authorization of $350 (including taxes) will be placed on your credit card using your personal identification number (PIN). This amount serves as a security deposit and is required before receiving your suite keys.

Before checking into your suite, you can store your belongings at the luggage storage area located at the Évolution reception. We recommend keeping a carry-on bag with essential items to enjoy the resort while you wait. Please note that this service is subject to availability and may be full upon your arrival. Estérel Resort is not responsible for lost or misplaced items in the storage area.

 

Lockers are available in the changing rooms near the spa area for storing personal belongings. They can be rented at the activity center daily between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM for a fee of $10.

Access to our facilities and services is exclusively reserved for resort guests during their stay. You may arrive earlier to enjoy the Lido Thermal (pools, hot tubs, sauna, hammam), as well as activities at the activity center and equipment rentals, before checking into your suite.

 

The Lido Thermal is not a traditional Nordic spa. We offer a relaxed atmosphere where guests can chat freely without the risk of receiving warnings.

The ESTEREL WiFi network is free, available throughout your stay, and does not require a password.

We provide towels and bathrobes based on availability. Towels will be given to you upon arrival along with a towel card. Bathrobes will be available in your suite from 4:00 PM when you check in.

 

If you arrive earlier to enjoy the resort and the baths, we recommend bringing your own bathrobe to ensure availability throughout your stay. The provided bathrobes are one-size-fits-all; if you require a specific size, we suggest bringing your own.

 

Bathrobes are also available for purchase at the Lido Thermal boutique.

If you haven’t done so yet, we recommend making a reservation at one of our three restaurants if you plan to have dinner there. As mentioned in your pre-arrival email, seating is limited. Reserve here.

Parking and valet service

Parking at the resort is included in your stay and is located across the street from the main buildings.

While security is present, Estérel Resort is not responsible for any loss, fire, collision, or other damage to vehicles or their contents. Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.

A drop-off area is available in front of each reception to facilitate unloading your luggage. Please note that vehicles cannot remain parked in the drop-off area for an extended period or for the duration of your stay. Luggage carts are available at both receptions for your convenience.

Upon arrival, you can entrust your vehicle to our valet team, who will park it in our outdoor lot located across the street. You will also have unlimited vehicle retrieval service at the drop-off area, as well as snow removal upon request. Please bring a second key, which must be given to our team for the duration of your stay.

• The valet service is available for $30 + taxes for the entire stay.

• Hours: Sunday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM | Friday and Saturday: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Estérel Resort offers 8 new smart charging stations for electric vehicles.

Restaurants, bars and wine cellar

All our restaurants and bars are exclusively reserved for guests staying at the resort at all times. A valid accommodation reservation number is required for online booking, and your suite number will be requested upon arrival at the restaurant.

There is no specific dress code; however, wearing a bathrobe or a swimwear while dining is not permitted.

Le Voilier offers contemporary bistronomic cuisine, combining the warmth of a bistro with culinary creativity and gastronomic expertise. The dishes are inspired by locally sourced ingredients from our region. A lunch menu, evening meals, and a takeout menu are available daily.

Open daily from noon, the lounge section of Le Voilier offers a stunning view of the lake, making it the perfect setting for a relaxed happy hour. Enjoy a wide selection of cocktails, craft beers, and small bites.

It is important to note that Le ROK is not a conventional restaurant. It specializes in hot volcanic stone grilling, offering a unique experience where guests cook their own meat and seafood directly at the table.

Opening hours vary depending on demand, and the bar may close in case of rain or storms.

Lido Thermal facilities

All Lido Thermal facilities are exclusively reserved for resort guests from the day of arrival until departure.

Guests may arrive early to enjoy the facilities before receiving their suite keys. Upon arrival, please inform the reception staff. As soon as your suite is ready, you will receive a text message.

On the day of departure, guests are welcome to extend their experience and continue enjoying the facilities until 4:00 p.m. at the latest.

The Lido Thermal facilities (hot tubs, pools, saunas) are open daily, year-round, from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Please note that these facilities may be temporarily closed without notice for maintenance or water quality treatment.

Some pools are reserved for adults at all times and are clearly marked as such. Other pools are open to guests of all ages.

Parental supervision is required at all times for children. Parents are asked to respect the adults-only pools to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for guests seeking relaxation.

Access to Lido Thermal between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. is strictly reserved for guests aged 14 and over. 

Important : Please note that none of our pools or beaches are supervised. It is the parents’ responsibility to ensure their children’s safety.

Lido Thermal is not a traditional Nordic spa. We offer a relaxed atmosphere where guests can engage in conversation freely without the risk of receiving a warning.

However, we ask all guests to be respectful of others. Disruptive, inappropriate, or indecent behavior will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion.

Alcoholic beverages are permitted in the pools under the following conditions :

Drinks must be served in plastic containers.

All beverages must be purchased from one of our bars or restaurants.

Important: Glassware is strictly prohibited to prevent the risk of serious injury.

Activity center, equipment rental

During the season, equipment rentals are available daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Please note that rentals are not available during certain seasons, and adverse weather conditions may lead to service interruptions. As these situations are beyond our control, we appreciate your understanding.

Access to the site, including the skating rink, beach, facilities, and equipment rentals, is exclusively reserved for Estérel Resort guests during their stay. A valid accommodation reservation is required to rent equipment.

The boutique is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Hours may vary depending on demand.

In summer : You can rent single or double kayaks, canoes, pedal boats, paddleboards, and pontoons (a valid motorized boat operator’s license is required for pontoon rentals). For more details, visit our summer activities page.

In winter : Snowshoes, cross-country skis, and ice skates are available for rent, along with skating aids for children, hockey sticks, pucks, and orange balls. For more details, visit our winter activities page.

Cost :

• Adults and children aged 12 and over : $40 + taxes

• Children aged 6 to 11 : $20 + taxes

• Children aged 0 to 5 : Free

Includes :

Summer : Unlimited rental of non-motorized watercraft for the duration of your stay.

Winter : Unlimited rental of winter equipment and access to off-trail areas for the duration of your stay.

You can add the activity passport to your stay when booking by phone with one of our agents. It is also available for purchase directly at the activity center during your stay.

Equipment reservations (non-motorized watercraft and winter gear) cannot be made in advance. Rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the activity center on the same day.

Pedal boats : Reservations must be made the same morning directly at the activity center counter.

Pontoons : Advance reservations are available.

We provide life jackets in various sizes, including options for children, in limited quantities. Wearing a life jacket is mandatory for all watercraft, whether motorized or non-motorized. If you have your own life jacket, we recommend bringing it to ensure proper fit and availability throughout your stay.

Pontoon rentals are exclusively available to guests staying at Estérel Resort.

Requirements :

• A valid pleasure craft operator card issued by Transport Canada

• A valid piece of identification. 

• A $1,000 pre-authorization deposit.

Conditions :

• The driver must not consume alcohol while operating the pontoon.

• Life jackets are provided for all passengers.

• Cleaning or repair fees may apply if the pontoon is returned in poor condition.

Motorized watercraft : cannot be docked at our piers or beaches.

Non-motorized watercraft : to protect our lakes, all watercraft must be washed before launching.

 

This free cleaning service is available at 70A, chemin des Hauteurs, Sainte-Marguerite-du-Lac-Masson, a few minutes from the resort.

 

Important : An official cleaning certificate will be issued by the municipal employee. This certificate must be presented when launching your watercraft at the dock.

Fishing from our beaches and docks is strictly prohibited.

Departure and billing

On the day of departure, your suite must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. However, you may continue to enjoy outdoor activities and the Lido Thermal until 4:00 p.m.

A late checkout option can be requested at the time of booking or at the reception the day before departure. This option is available for an additional fee and depends on the type of suite booked, as some are not eligible.

Late checkouts are also subject to availability and are not always guaranteed.

If you would like a quick checkout, follow these steps :

Your invoice : On the morning of your departure, you will receive your stay invoice by email. Please check its accuracy and payment details. If you do not receive your invoice or need assistance, contact us via messaging or call a reservation agent at 450-228-2571.

Your keys : You can leave your keys in your suite or drop them in one of the designated boxes at the reception before leaving. This allows you to depart without waiting for assistance at the reception desk. Please note that your keys will be automatically deactivated at 11:00 a.m.

On the morning of your departure, the $350 security deposit pre-authorization will be released after your suite has been inspected or applied to your final invoice. If any penalties apply (damages, disturbances, etc.), they will be deducted from this deposit.

If you paid the security deposit in cash or by debit card, you must visit the reception to collect your refund. Please allow time for our team to inspect your suite before the deposit is returned.

Monetary penalties will be added to your invoice if the occupants of your suite do not follow the rules :

• Smoke-free environment : Fees will apply if smoking occurs inside the suite, on the balcony with the patio door open, or if a smoke odor is detected.

• Nighttime quiet hours:Disturbance fees will apply if quiet hours (starting at 11:00 p.m.) are not respected, if noise complaints are made against you, or if unauthorized gatherings cause disruptions for other guests.

• Animals: Pets are not allowed in our establishment, except for certified service animals. If an animal is found in the suite without a valid service certificate presented at reception upon arrival, a minimum fee of $150 will apply, even if a certificate is provided later.

The cost of penalties varies depending on the severity of the case, with a minimum charge of $250.

If you have lost an item during your stay, please fill out our lost item request form online. We will do our best to assist you in recovering it.

On the day of your departure, you are welcome to extend your experience and enjoy the outdoor activities, Lido Thermal facilities, restaurants, and bars until 4:00 p.m.
