Waiter-sommelier
Being a waiter-sommelier at Esterel Resort (Bistro à Champlain) mainly consists of:

Provide impeccable customer service that exceeds expectations
- Advise customers on the menu and promote complementary products or services
- Take, bring the orders and clean the tables
- Do the billing
- Set up tables and polish glasses and utensils at the beginning of the service
- Explanation of dishes and pairings at each service
- Participate in monthly inventory
- Must be available on all Bistro à Champlain business days
- Perform any other tasks that may be required for the smooth running of operations

Requirements:
- Knowledge of the restaurant industry
- Completed sommelier course (450 hours of training)
- 2 Years of experience in gastronomy
- 5 years of experience in table service
- Culinary and oenological knowledge
- Knowledge of spirits and bar recipes
- Successful completion of written exams
Salary Information
- Salary: $12.21 per hour (+ tips)
- Number of hours per week : variable
- Type of employment: permanent
